How can I pay sales tax that I collected for my small business in Rhode Island?

I have a small van to my house. I sell and retail items through online catalogs. My website charges sales tax for people living in certain states. I contacted several places and nobody seems to know the answer to my question. I was told I need not do anything but I know not to keep the sales tax Andi have no choice but to load it. Is a very nominal amount, but not mine to keep. I have also recently done a fundraiser for a school that is tax exempt and have no idea what to do with the tax exemption certificate. I had to pay any taxes for the order, but my supplier tells me I have to submit the certificiate. HELP !!!!!!!
